Join GOAL, Newman Regional Library, Newman Christian Church and the entire Newman community for a weekend of festive fun kicking off the Christmas season in style!
Starting at 10am on Saturday, December 6, Newman Regional Library will be hosting a crafting event for kids of all ages to decorate little Christmas trees to keep or donate to residents at Newman Rehabilitation and Health Care Services.
As the sun sets Newman community members will light up the night with decorated golf carts and other vehicles for a parade bringing Santa to town! The procession will move through town, around the square and out to the Newman Rehabilitation and Health Care Center with good cheer and twinkling lights.
On Sunday afternoon at 1pm, Newman Christian Church will be hosting the jolly old elf, himself, for photos and gift giving while cookies are served.
GOAL and all of the cooperating Newman organizations are hoping this will be the most joyous Christmas season ever! Join us in helping make that wish come true!
